Purchase Confirmation

Exceptions

User Responsibility

Force Majeure

Proper Use

Confidentiality

Sistica may terminate this agreement in the event of the User’s breach of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice or any right to a refund.
Effects of Termination
In the event of termination, the license to use the Digital Products will be immediately revoked, and the User must cease all use of them.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country or state where Sistica is domiciled or, alternatively, as determined by Sistica without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, which cannot be resolved amicably, shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction as defined by applicable law or expressly indicated by Sistica.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared null or unenforceable by a competent authority, such provision will be considered separable from the rest, which will remain valid and enforceable.
